My family celebrates both Hanukkah and Christmas!
…just a short note to say: enjoy this holiday season whatever you celebrate (and even if you don't).
First, find time for self care. Whether it's a quiet walk in nature, indulging in a good book, or creating and consuming a delicious plant forward meal, prioritize YOUR well-being.
Next, let's share more than gifts; let's share laughter, kindness, and compassion. Let's extend a hand to those in need, spreading joy and hope wherever we go. Whether it's a heartfelt hug, a thoughtful gesture, or a simple smile, our acts of generosity can illuminate someone's world.
Sometimes, the best present is your presence.

Brussels Sprouts…a vegetable that strikes terror in the hearts of children everywhere…well, actually…not always. I know a few adults who are not keen on them, but they are a Christmas tradition, so I have tried making them every which way. For Christmas eve, I made this Shaved Brussels Sprouts Salad (a hit!) and for Christmas Day, I can't wait to try these Vegan Brussels Sprouts with Tahini (I accidentally bought 2 bags when I placed my online grocery order!).
What's your feeling on brussels sprouts?
I'll get back to you soon to discuss your needs.
