Food, climate, health and the universal solution.
The Green Bites seed was planted by my mother through my grandmother, the OG health food fanatic. It sprouted during graduate studies in Nutrition Education, then grew steadily as I learned more about nutrition, sustainability and community health through continuing education and brilliant colleagues.
It turns out that what's good for us is also good for the planet!
I had always promoted veggies to clients as the single most impactful change to improve physical and mental well-being. Now, there was another powerful reason: environmental conservation.
Since 2020, I've been experimenting with quick and easy plant-based meals that are both delicious and nutritious. Green Bites programs engage clients where they are, helping adults and children to incorporate more delicious plant foods into their day.
I'm passionate about good food, sustainability, and making both accessible to everyone . . . one green bite at a time!
